How To Return

If you need to return an item, follow the simple steps below:

Call, chat, or email us within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to get your return authorization (RA) number.

These items must be included in package:

1. The eyeglasses, and any accessories, in the hard plastic case that contained the glasses.

2. A note with the RA# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses.

3. A copy of the prescription the the eye doctor provided, so we can inspect the glasses and determine if the were mad according to the prescription.

Mail the glasses, via United States Postal Service First Class Mail Parcel, to:

You must pay the shipping fee to mail the glasses to us. If the glasses are found to have manufacturing defect, we will refund $2.50 of your shipping fee.
